Unveiling the “Ethical Tales” Comic Book Series for Juvenile Readers
“First Learn Manners, Then Learn Knowledge”: Cultivating Moral Values in Childhood
A person’s character is shaped from childhood through the nurturing of moral values. However, in today’s modern world, the focus is largely on enhancing intellectual knowledge, often overlooking the role of ethics, leading to unfortunate consequences in adulthood.
To contribute to the development and shaping of children’s character by enhancing their awareness and correcting misaligned behaviors, Venerable Thích Chân Tính has introduced a series of comic books aimed at young readers: “Lessons from Going to the Temple, Gratitude Lessons, Lessons of Karma, Youth Lessons, The Adventure of Treasure Hunting, The Hungry Little Bird.”
This series is particularly suitable for students and an ideal gift for families with children aged 6-13. The books are currently available at the Hoằng Pháp Temple Distribution Room as part of their Spring Festival activities for the year 2020. A special promotion is offered from New Year’s Eve to the seventh day of Tet: purchasing four comic book sets gifts one additional set (six volumes), or buying any four comic books gifts one extra book.
Wishing everyone a peaceful Spring in the teachings of Dharma.
