Khất sĩ Sect’s Charity Team Aids Flood Victims in Quảng Bình

On the morning of November 1st, in commemoration of the 100th birthday of Master Minh Đăng Quang, Venerable Thích Minh Sĩ, Secretary cum Head of the Charitable Committee of VI Sangha Tradition, along with the monks, guided Buddhist followers to X.Trọng Hóa, H.Minh Hóa, Quang Binh province to donate gifts to fellow ethnic people.

During this visit, the delegation presented 400 gift packages to fellow ethnic people affected by floods in the Ka Óoc, Pa Choong, Ra Mai, and Dộ-Tà Vờng villages.

Each gift package, valued at 650,000 VND, included 10 kilograms of rice, 1 box of noodles, 1 bottle of cooking oil, essential food items, basic necessities, and an envelope containing 200,000 VND. The total value of this journey exceeded 260 million VND, generously supported by the monks, venerables, and Buddhist practitioners of Lộc Uyển Pagoda and Phước Hưng Pagoda.
